How we grow it:
Rocket is a fast-growing crop that we sow in succession so there's always a fresh batch ready. We grow it in open beds, with no pesticides or herbicides, in soil fed with natural compost. Grown this way — slowly, in real ground — it develops the kind of peppery bite that makes it worth seeking out.
The rocket:
Bold, peppery, and unmistakably fresh. This is a very different experience from the mild, wilted rocket that comes in plastic bags. Ours has real heat and real flavour — the kind that makes a simple salad feel like something.
Ordering details:
- Unit: Sold by the bunch (minimum 50 gr')
- Harvest: Cut fresh on Wednesday morning, delivered the same day
How to use it:
Keep it simple — rocket needs very little. Dress it with good olive oil (ours!), lemon juice, and flaky salt. Pile it onto pizza straight from the oven. Tuck it into sandwiches. Or pair it with shaved parmesan and toasted pine nuts for a classic that never gets old.
