Our beautiful new flock of laying hens has just settled into their new egg mobile and is already enjoying daily fresh pasture thanks to our rotational grazing system.
These are truly top-of-the-top quality eggs: pasture-raised, moved regularly to new grass so they can forage naturally on insects, worms, seeds and fresh greens all season long. We supplement their diet with certified bio feed.
The result? Exceptionally fresh, nutrient-rich eggs with deep orange yolks and that real farm-fresh taste you can actually notice. Laid by happy, healthy hens that get plenty of sunshine, space to roam and the best possible life on our small central Portugal farm.
