WHAT IT IS

Every week we walk the garden and pick the box ourselves — whatever is at its freshest, most interesting, and best right now. This isn't a box of leftovers or the things that don't sell; it's the opposite. We build it around the newest and finest of that week's harvest, so what arrives is genuinely the best of what the farm is producing. Grown the way everything here is grown: composted soil, no synthetic inputs, no sprays.

THE BOX

A generous seasonal selection of 11–12 different vegetables and herbs, plus half a dozen eggs. The contents shift a little every week as the season turns, which is exactly the point: you eat with the seasons, discover varieties you might not have chosen yourself, and never get bored. And because it's a curated box, it works out cheaper than buying the same items one by one.

WHAT'S TYPICALLY INSIDE

A typical box might include: cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes, beetroot, carrots or kohlrabi, onions or leek, chard, two little gem lettuces, spinach or kale, celery or parsley, basil, and 6 eggs. Think of it as a weekly invitation to cook seasonally — let the box decide the menu, and build your week's meals around whatever arrives.
