How we grow it
Grown on our own vines with no synthetic sprays, left to ripen fully on the bunch before picking. Table grapes are all about ripeness — sugar builds right up to the moment of harvest, so we pick them only when they're properly sweet, by hand, close to delivery. These are grown for eating, not for wine.
The product
Deeply sweet, juicy, and full-flavoured — purple grapes with the rich, almost jammy sweetness that comes only from full ripeness on the vine. The skins carry a gentle tartness that balances the sugar inside, and the fruit is firm and fresh. Some may carry seeds, as real vine-ripened grapes often do — a fair trade for the flavour.
