HOW WE GROW IT
Our mini cucumbers are grown on the vine and harvested small — intentionally. We train them up trellises in full sun, in soil enriched with compost and nothing synthetic. No pesticides, no wax, no post-harvest treatments. The variety is chosen for its thin skin and dense flesh: a snacking cucumber that tastes like it should.
THE PRODUCT
Small, crisp, and intensely flavored — these are nothing like the long, watery cucumbers wrapped in plastic at the supermarket. Each one is harvested at the right moment: firm throughout, with a satisfying snap. The skin is thin enough to eat without thinking about it, and the seeds are minimal. Sweet, fresh, and genuinely refreshing.

Slice thick and eat with hummus, or halve lengthways and fill with labneh and fresh herbs.
