our garpe syrop is a farm product made in our winery.
we take the grape juice in the wine making process, and reduce it slowly and carefully for many hours, until we get the perfect state between liquide to honey like syrup.
this is a product we are very proud of, it is very rare because of its production accuracy needed, in some places it is called 'the black gold'.
it has honey like qualities, and is used as a sweetener. and has some medicinal qualities.
