How we grow it:
Grown in open beds using natural compost and no chemical inputs of any kind. Our parsley is sown in succession so we always have fresh, vibrant bunches ready — never overgrown, never tired.
The parsley:
Full, generous bunches with deep green colour and a clean, bright flavour. This is what parsley is supposed to taste and smell like — a world apart from the pale, limp bunches that sit in supermarket packets for days.
Ordering details:
- Unit: Sold by the bunch (minimum 50 gr)
- Harvest: Cut fresh on Wednesday morning, delivered the same day
Storage tip:
To keep parsley fresh all week, trim the stems and stand the bunch in a glass of water in the fridge, loosely covered with a bag. It will stay vibrant for 5–7 days. Alternatively, chop and freeze it — parsley freezes beautifully for cooking.
